£250 Cashback May 2023 Terms & Conditions
This offer gives a group of 4 or 5 (or more) a £250 cashback for 2023/2024 academic year booking.
This offer is only applicable for tenancies 50 weeks or longer.
We limit the number of payments we make to a qualifier, and you will find these details in the payment section below.
We may change, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time and without letting you know.
Qualifier
To qualify for this offer you must:
Be 18 years or over and not a current tenant in any student accommodation managed by Claypenny.
If all the conditions above are met and all personnel complete a tenancy agreement with Claypenny, move into the specific accommodation site, have paid their deposit and first instalment of rent in full, we will offer cashback to the group of 4 or 5 the offered payment within 30 days.
The cashback payment will be in the form of a credit towards your next rent payment.
The £250 will be divided by 4/5 or more depending on the number of qualifiers involved in the group booking.
There is a minimum of 4/5 bookings to qualify for a cashback.
The cashback is entitled to only one payment.
